Frequently Asked Questions:

Please have available any medical referrals, scans and/or reports you have regarding your condition and wear appropriate clothes to allow for easy assessment and treatment of the injured area.

How do I prepare for a consultation?

Please have a suitable area in your house where we can complete your assessment, treatment and exercises. Please also make sure that if you have any dogs that they are adequately secured and that your have informed us beforehand of their presence.

What areas do you service?

We service the Toowoomba city and immediate surrounding suburbs. A 'Travel/Call-Out' fee applies for areas outside of this region. Call us for more information or to check whether we service your area.

Do you service clients in nursing homes?

Unfortunately we are unable to service clients in nursing homes as they usually have their own Physiotherapists employed by the facility. We can however see clients who reside in retirement villages, independent living facilities or in their own homes.

Do you service NDIS clients?

Currently we only service "Self Managed" and "Plan Managed" NDIS clients. As we are not an NDIS registered provider we are unable to service "Agency/NDIA Managed" clients.
