*Appointments can be made outside of these hours in extenuating circumstances. 

Cancellation Policy

 

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a consultation without incurring any extra fees. This policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another client who may be on our waiting list for an appointment. A 'Cancellation & Non-Attendance Fee' may be charged to you if you are not available for your scheduled appointment or if less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellation or reschedule of a consultation. Of course considerations will be given for unavoidable circumstances, if this happens to you please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation. The cancellation fee applies to all clients, including those services that are paid for by another organisation (eg. Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, Private Health Funds, Insurance Agencies). The cancellation fee will need to be paid in full personally by the individual as these third party organisations rarely pay cancellation fees for non-attendance of appointments.
