About Horizon Physiotherapy
At Horizon Physiotherapy, we are experts in assessing, diagnosing, and managing movement disorders that cause pain and limit function. Whether your condition is congenital, injury-related, or the result of ageing or lifestyle factors, our care is always personalised — tailored to your health, goals, and abilities. We work closely with your doctors and other health professionals to help you move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain.
Meet KC
Kulika “KC” Jayasuriya, our Principal Physiotherapist, graduated from Griffith University in 2008 with degrees in Physiotherapy and Exercise Science. He is a registered practitioner with AHPRA and a proud member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
KC brings extensive experience across private practice, aged care, community health, and sports physiotherapy. His collaborative work with medical and allied health teams has equipped him to treat a wide range of conditions — from sports injuries to chronic pain and mobility issues.
His approach blends hands-on therapy with tailored exercise programs, expert advice, and lifestyle guidance. KC’s goal is simple: to help you move well, feel better, and get back to doing what you love — whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.
